North Ellis County Outreach (NECO) is a Christ-centered local not for profit agency that assists families in our area with emergency assistance for food, housing, clothing, and utilities. NECO also sponsors a back to school program and Christmas toy program. Prescription assistance and home repairs are also provided for qualified families.
Applicants must live in the 75154 or 75125 zip codes, apply in person, provide all required documents during posted hours and qualify based on income and family size. Former clients must participate in education classes to continue to receive services through our agency.
