Career & Employment Services at Jewish Family Service provide career counseling services for veterans, wounded warriors and their spouses and family members.
Our specially-trained professionals offer long-term support and career guidance to help our community's veterans, wounded warriors and their families identify strengths to transition into a successful career.
Our Career & Employment Services include:

- Free Employment Enriching Seminars
- Resume Services
- Free Job Resource Center
- Career-Net Workshops
We also offer a Veterans Employment Networking Group every Monday from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. This drop-in networking group provides an environment for productive networking sessions specifically to address the needs of veterans and wounded warriors. Through discussions led by our professionally trained employment counselors, this group gives veterans and their families the tools and support to strengthen their job search activities.
Services are available at no cost or on a sliding-fee scale.
Through the career program, clients may also access a range of other JFS services, such as the food pantry and mental health counseling.
