The South Texas Heroes Housing Assistance (STHHA) Program serves veterans who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. The program assists veterans and their dependents to acquire or maintain safe and affordable housing by providing monthly rental assistance as well as deposits for rent and utilities. In addition to housing and utilities, each participant is provided a case manager that provides referrals to help meet basic needs and their educational and employment goals.
