Circle Y Yoga is a unique barn converted studio in the heart of North Central Texas. Nestled between Peaster and Poolville and a short ride from downtown Weatherford, it will immerse you in comfortable surroundings to learn and practice yoga while unwinding on 33 acres of ranch land.
Lone Star Yoga Warriors are front-line people who have experienced trauma. They are looking for a way to find and maintain the important balance in life to effectively deal with stress in a constantly changing environment. They are active military, reservists, veterans, first responders and family members who are challenged with combat stress, post traumatic stress and/or traumatic brain injuries along with the collateral toll it takes on themselves and their families.
Lone Star Yoga Warriors meet Mondays at 1:30 p.m. for one hour. Time before and after class is encouraged to visit or enjoy the porch in solitude. Veteran transportation services are available for a donation as well.
This class is free, but we appreciate donations (Suggested $8 per class).
