Join us to meet others while learning chair yoga and meditation techniques!
This session will last one hour and teach you the beginning skills in relaxation, chair yoga, and meditation. Chair yoga can be used anytime, anywhere to encourage relaxation in our busy lives. Our skilled instructor will guide you in how to incorporate these skills into your life no matter your skill level.
Upon registration for the event, you will be e-mailed a Zoom invite to join via computer, tablet, or phone.
*Please note that this event is at 1:30 pm Mountain Daylight Time (MDT) / 2:30 pm Central Standard Time (CST). If no participants arrive to the event within the first 15 minutes, the event will be canceled.
Note: To be eligible for this group you must be a spouse, committed partner, or caregiver of an active duty service member or post-service veteran. Family members and individuals who are widowed or divorced from an active duty service member or post-service veteran are also eligible for these groups.
