Central Texas MOAA meeting

About This Event: 

CenTex MOAA announces Friday, April 20, 2018 speaker, Bell County Judge Jon Burrows. Judge Burrows will speak to the outstanding and potential growth of Bell County Texas.

Judge Burrows is a USAFR Colonel (Ret) and he is one of two county appointees, initially by former Governor Rick Perry and recently re-appointed by Governor Greg Abbott, on the Texas Commission on Indigent Defense, having served since its inception in 2001.

CENTEXMOAA exists to: 1) Promote the purposes and objectives of the national Military Officers Association of America (MOAA).  2)  Foster fraternal relations among retired, active duty and former officers and warrant officers of the seven uniformed services and their reserve components.  3)  Protect the rights and interests of personnel of the seven uniformed services and their dependents and survivors.   4)  Provide useful service for members and their dependents and survivors to serve the community and the nation.
