When is Military Appreciation Night at The Dell Diamond?

Monday, June 3rd, 2013.

Where is The Dell Diamond?

3400 Palm Valley Blvd, Round Rock, TX 78664

A Google Map of the stadium’s location

What time should I arrive?

Get there at 5:30 p.m. to take advantage of all the night has to offer.

The first pitch is at 7:05 p.m. However, you’ll want to arrive early and visit the more than 40 vendors in the stadium’s conference center. The vendors are organizations that provide veterans, military members, and their families with benefits, services, and information. The conference center will be open between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. Also, you’ll want to visit the conference center to register for some awesome door prizes.

How much does it cost to attend Military Appreciation Night?

Game tickets are free. The only cost associated with the event is a parking fee of $5 per vehicle. Plan ahead and carpool with friends and/or family!

Game tickets, which are required for entry into the stadium and its conference center, are free for Texas veterans –anyone that has served in any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces, military members, and their families. You must get tickets at one of our ticket distribution points.

Do I need a game ticket to attend Military Appreciation Night?

Yes. Everyone that wishes to attend Military Appreciation Night must have a ticket to enter the Dell Diamond. The only way to access the stadium’s conference center- the United Heritage Center – is by first entering one of the stadium’s gates. Get your tickets before June 3rd at one of our ticket distribution points.

Where can I get tickets to Military Appreciation Night?

Game tickets can be obtained by contacting any one of several ticket distribution points.

I’m associated with one of the organizations that will have a table in the conference center during the event. Do I need a ticket?

Yes. Regardless of when you arrive to work at your organization’s booth, you’ll need a game ticket. Each organization is given two free game tickets (upon arrival for event set-up). Additional tickets must be obtained through a ticket distribution point.

If your organization is going to have several shifts of people working at your respective table within the conference center, make ticket arrangements prior to the night of the event. No one may enter either the stadium or conference center without a game ticket, i.e., vendors cannot arrange for their co-workers, friends, or family members to pick up game tickets inside of the conference center. However, vendors within the conference center can leave the stadium (there is a gate within 50 feet of the conference center) and deliver tickets to co-workers, friends, or family members.

My organization is interested in serving as one of the sponsors for next year’s event. How can I make that happen?

If you’re interested in sponsoring Military Appreciation Night ’14, please contact Mr. Micah Burnett of TexVet at (512) 341-4969 or micah@texvet.org. Sponsorship benefits include logo placements, media opportunities, community engagement, and more. Your organization will have the attention of more than 10,000 people for several hours. Military Appreciation Night is a great event. It brings together thousands of Texas veterans, military members, their families, and members of the general public. Sponsors allow us – the event’s hosts – to provide more than 4,000 free tickets to the veteran and military community. Sponsors also help to defray costs associated with renting the stadium’s conference center.

My organization would like to participate as a vendor during next year’s event. Who should I contact for information?

If your organization is interested in participating as a vendor, please contact Mr. Micah Burnett of TexVet at (512) 341-4969 or micah@texvet.org. TexVet and our partners appreciate your interest. Our intent is to connect Texas veterans, military members, and their families with organizations that offer high-quality information, services, and benefits. We make every effort to ensure that vendors are organizations that both value and maintain high ethical standards. The vast majority of vendors are non-profits and government agencies.
